Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong foundation in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Performance Marketing, who can independently handle the digital growth of individual projects at Serene Resort and Convention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Awareness)
• Create and execute Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook and Instagram
• Develop and manage lead generation funnels and conversion strategies
• Plan and run OTT advertising campaigns
• Implement and audit SEO and Technical SEO best practices
• Handle Social Media Marketing (SMM) across all major platforms
• Optimize and update Google My Business (GMB) for local visibility
• Track performance metrics and provide regular performance reports
• Coordinate with design/content teams for campaign creatives and landing pages
• Work independently on assigned projects with ownership and accountability

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, Display)
• Proven experience in Meta Ads campaign creation and optimization
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with OTT ad platforms and media buying strategy
• Proficient in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
• Understanding of SMM strategies, tools, and audience engagement
• Experience handling Google My Business listings
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and relevant tools
• Excellent communication and self-management skills
