Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, Plan & Execute high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive qualified B2B leads, product awareness, and pipeline growth.
  • Own and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Twitter/X Ads, tailored to enterprise and tech-savvy audiences, with a sharp focus on CTR, CPL, CPA, and lead quality.
  • Lead email marketing automation, including building, segmenting, and running nurturing workflows using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign to engage prospects and retain users.
  • Implement A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audience tactics, coupled with continuous keyword research and bid optimization.
  • Craft compelling ad copy, landing page briefs, and creative outlines in alignment with buyer personas and brand tone—collaborating closely with content and design teams.
  • Drive performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, lead-to-MQL conversion rates, and campaign ROI—owning them end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to ensure messaging alignment and campaign relevance across the buyer journey.
  • Analyze campaign data through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM frameworks, identifying key insights and actionable growth experiments.
  • Regularly present performance reports, growth insights, and scaling opportunities to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing for B2B SaaS or technology-driven companies.
  • Deep expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Solid experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and a track record of executing nurturing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Twitter/X Ads and its application in B2B demand generation is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, SaaS marketing funnels, and lead nurturing frameworks.
  • Data-driven approach with strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and UTM implementation.
  • Excellent copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to work alongside design and creative teams to deliver compelling ads and landing pages.
  • Proven ability to manage media budgets effectively, scale winning campaigns, and deliver results aligned to growth KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,857.59 - ₹49,751.38 per month
