We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and leads.
• Oversee social media strategy, paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and email marketing.
• Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies.
• Monitor and report on performance analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging content across all platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies and business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and web analytics tools.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), email marketing platforms, and automation tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
• Experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
