Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and deep knowledge of online channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to support business growth.
• Plan and manage budgets across channels like SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• SEO & SEM
• Lead SEO initiatives (on-page & off-page) to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and other paid media campaigns.
• Content Marketing
• Oversee content planning across blogs, case studies, videos, whitepapers, etc.
• Collaborate with the content team to align messaging with buyer personas and industry trends.
• Social Media Marketing
• Build and manage presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
• Monitor engagement and run paid campaigns targeting decision-makers.
• Lead Generation
• Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and marketing funnels to generate high-quality leads.
• Use tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or other CRMs for campaign tracking and automation.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign dashboards.
• Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to leadership.
• Team Management
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content writers.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in IT or tech services).
• Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and content strategy.
• Strong knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, etc.
• Experience with lead generation in B2B IT services is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
