Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Email, etc.)
Plan and manage paid campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, etc.)Digital Marketing
Lead social media advertising and retargeting campaigns
Perform keyword research, optimise landing pages, and manage content strategy for SEO
Manage email marketing workflows, A/B testing, and performance tracking
Collaborate with the design, content, and tech teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

🧠 Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles
Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics
Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and content strategy
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.)
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and email campaign tools
strong analytical, reporting, communication skills, and data-driven thinking
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Candidates with a background in Business School will be considered a strong advantage
A strong background in Content Marketing and Strategy is regarded as a plus.

Preferred:

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
Experience in B2B/B2C funnelsK
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus?
