Job Summary:

Growth India is looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, creating engaging content (posts, reels, videos), generating leads through various digital channels, and contributing creative inputs during photo and video shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Create high-quality posts, reels, and stories around products and events
• Generate and nurture leads through social media and other online platforms
• Provide creative direction and support during photography and video shoots
• Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI
• Stay updated with social media algorithms and digital marketing trends
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to meet campaign goals

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Must have knowledge of latest AI tools used in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and how their algorithms function
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.
• Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
