Job Title:

Digital Marketing & Growth Representative

Location - Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience: 0-2 *Open to interns and freshers with up to 2 year of experience


About the Role:

Digital Marketing & Growth Representative


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and running multi-channel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, SEO, email, etc.)
  • Research digital trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify growth opportunities
  • Work on lead generation initiatives through organic and paid campaigns
  • Help create content strategies (short-form, visual, copy) tailored for B2B audiences
  • Track performance metrics and report insights using tools like Google Analytics or LinkedIn Analytics
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to align messaging and campaign goals
  • Support website optimization, landing pages, and A/B testing for conversions
  • Engage in community building and follower growth on social media


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong understanding of social media, SEO basics, and email outreach
  • Creative thinking with strong research and content sense
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or HubSpot (bonus)
