Role Description: Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads. Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize reach and ROI. Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to drive engagement and growth. Campaign & Post Scheduling: Plan and execute effective content marketing strategies, aligning with industry trends and audience interests. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other data-driven insights. Trend & Market Research: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, AI-driven techniques, and consumer behavior insights to refine strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials and ad creatives. Community & Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and build a strong brand presence across digital channels. Who we're looking for: 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & campaign management. Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
