Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive, located in New Delhi.  This role will be instrumental in executing digital campaigns, managing outreach channels, and contributing to lead generation and brand visibility across key platforms, broadly including:


  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage email marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, A/B testing, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Own and manage social media channels - from content planning and publishing to engagement and analytics.
  • Implement and manage campaigns via marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic visibility and rankings.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and conversion-driven campaigns.
  • Coordinate effectively with external marketing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment.  
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.


What we're looking for:

  • 4–5 years of minimum experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
  • Strong grasp of social media trends and best practices across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Experience with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience in using CRM tools is a plus.
