DevOps Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Lead DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, driving best practices in automation, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
• Architect, deploy, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure on

  AWS and Azure

  , including services such as

  AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)

  , Azure Functions, and KeyVault.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using

  Jenkins

  and other automation tools to support rapid development and deployment cycles.
• Build and manage containerized applications using

  Docker

  and integrate with orchestration tools where applicable.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as

  Terraform, CloudFormation

  , or similar.
• Drive secure deployment practices and help ensure compliance with organizational cloud gate requirements, including

  SonarQube, Veracode, Snyk, JFrog Artifactory

  , and

  GCSO gates

  .
• Write and maintain scripts in

  Bash, Python, PowerShell

  , or other relevant languages to automate routine operations.
• Implement and maintain best practices for networking and cloud security.
• Work closely with development, security, and product teams to align DevOps efforts with organizational goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in a DevOps engineering role with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in

  AWS

  and

  Azure

  cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with

  Docker

  and familiarity with Kubernetes (especially

  AKS

  ).
• Solid experience setting up and managing

  CI/CD pipelines

  using Jenkins or equivalent tools.
• Proficient in infrastructure automation tools (e.g.,

  Terraform

  ,

  CloudFormation

  ).
• Experience with

  DevSecOps tools

  such as SonarQube, Veracode, Snyk, and JFrog Artifactory.
• Deep understanding of

  cloud networking

  and

  security best practices

  .
• Strong scripting skills using

  Bash, Python, or PowerShell

  .
• Familiarity with

  cloud gate compliance processes

  .
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, Azure DevOps Expert).
• Experience working in a highly regulated or enterprise-scale environment.
