MEAN Stack Developer (MongoDB | Express.js | Angular | Node.js) Who are we looking for? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEAN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the MEAN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js—and will be responsible for building performant, scalable, and maintainable web applications. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in Agile environments and has a passion for technology and problem solving. Responsibilities  Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MEAN stack.  Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to implement modern web solutions.  Integrate front-end components with server-side logic and RESTful APIs.  Develop unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application quality and performance.  Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.  Optimize applications for speed and scalability across devices and platforms.  Troubleshoot and debug application issues, recommending and implementing improvements.  Ensure software security and compliance with industry best practices.  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to the MEAN stack.  Document technical designs, processes, and code.  The ability to apply Patterns and Practices to real world use cases  Experience of Drupal or Camunda would be beneficial but not essential Must-Have Technical Skills Skill Area Technology / Tools Years of Experience Frontend Framework Angular 3+ years Backend Framework Node.js, Express.js 3+ years Database MongoDB 2+ years Programming Languages JavaScript, TypeScript 3+ years Testing Tools Jest, Jasmine, Mocha 1–2 years Version Control Git, GitHub or GitLab 2+ years Containerization (Nice to Have) Docker, Kubernetes Basic familiarity CI/CD Tools Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Basic familiarity Agile Tools JIRA, Confluence 2+ years Behavioral Traits  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.  Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Passion for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.  Proactive learner with a growth mindset and willingness to embrace change. Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. ‎ 3+ years of full-stack development experience using the MEAN stack. Proven track record of successful web application delivery in Agile environments.
