Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Manager Position Overview: As a Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in driving technology projects that enhance our eCommerce platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and features that align with business goals. Your leadership will be key in fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers, DevOps fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Agile Methodologies: Implement and promote Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) to enhance project efficiency and adaptability. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and align with user experience best practices. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and encourage innovation within the team to enhance project delivery and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology along with MBA or related field Proven experience (7+ years) as a Delivery Manager or similar role, must in eCommerce or retail. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management frameworks. Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence Trello) and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Medusa, HCl Commerce, Salesforce commerce cloud ) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
