Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, gather, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Create wireframes, process flows, use cases, and documentation to guide project development.

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead full-cycle project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts.
• Implement Agile practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and client demos.
• Track and manage project progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar systems.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives and client expectations.

Stakeholder & Client Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling requirement discussions, updates, reviews, and feedback.
• Provide clear, proactive communication to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure strategic alignment and resource allocation.

Quality & Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and delivery processes.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.

Team Leadership & Support

• Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Monitor and support team productivity and morale to ensure successful project delivery.

Pre-Sales & Strategic Support

• Contribute to pre-sales activities including effort estimation, proposal development, and solution design alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing complex software development projects (web and/or mobile).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and full SDLC.
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks like PHP, Node.js, React.js, and mobile development frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality and client satisfaction
