Job Responsibilities

1. Develop, test, and implement machine learning models to optimize business processes such as forecasting, recommendations, and customer segmentation.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering) to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
3. Design and conduct A/B testing, model validation, and performance evaluation.
4. Create and deliver clear data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Stay up-to-date with advancements in data science and machine learning algorithms, and propose innovative solutions to business problems.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
3. Strong proficiency in

   Python

   (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch),

   R

   , or similar languages.
4. Expertise in working with large-scale data, including structured and unstructured datasets.
5. Solid knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, etc.).
6. Experience with

   SQL

   and

   NoSQL databases

   (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Hadoop).
7. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in

  natural language processing

  (NLP) or

  computer vision
