The Impact

• Design, build and deploy effective dashboards, reports and analyses to enable the Operations team to make effective data driven decisions.
• Identify and develops key performance indicators and operational metrics that demonstrate execution excellence and value.
• Consult while providing directional guidance to customers.
• Profile, categorize, and analyze quality of data. Derive meaningful insights through visualizations. Convey conclusions and drive customer decisions.
  

The Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analysis, or related field.
• 4+ years of Clarity PPM experience and Workday.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and similar tools.
• Experience with ELT methodologies and tools.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy and Alteryx.
• Proficient in data analysis software and tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, or R to analyze business data and provide insights.
• Excellent verbal, written, and data communication skills.
• Expert critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to troubleshoot problem areas and identify data gaps and issues.
• Ability to synthesize data from disparate sources.
• Ability to adapt to fast changing environment. Comfortable asking questions and escalating issues/concerns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in data models, advanced analytics techniques, data mining, statistical analysis.
