Education : Any Graduate

Work timings : 12 Noon to 9:00PM ( flexible with night shifts )

Work location : Kolkata

Working days : 5 days

Job Description

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborated with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conducted detailed analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translated business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Dashboard Development:

• Designed and developed interactive dashboards using Tableau and Qlik Sense to visualize complex data sets.
• Created data models and connected to various data sources to ensure accurate and real-time reporting.
• Implemented data visualization best practices to enhance the user experience and ensure clarity of insights.

Data Governance & Quality:

• Ensured data accuracy and consistency by implementing data governance policies and procedures.
• Developed and maintained data quality dashboards to monitor and report on data integrity

Stakeholder Management:

• Engaged with business users and technical teams to understand reporting needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conducted regular meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Project Management:

• Led cross-functional teams in the delivery of analytics projects from inception to completion.
• Managed project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.
