Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Faridabad. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and implementing CRM strategies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, coordinating with sales and project teams, managing customer inquiries, and providing support for sales activities. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in Sales

• Knowledge of electrical solutions and products is a plus
