Role Overview:

Cross-Sell & Upsell Executive

Key Responsibilities:

🔍Customer Profiling
: Analyze existing client usage patterns to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
💬 Client Interaction:
Engage with clients through calls, emails, or video demos to introduce relevant features, add-ons, or upgraded plans.
📊 Solution Selling:
Understand client pain points and position Teleforce's offerings as solutions that enhance their communication and operational efficiency.
💼 CRM Updates:
Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and pipeline stages in the CRM.
📈 Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
🤝 Relationship Management:
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to promote loyalty and repeat business.
📢 Feedback Loop:
Share client feedback with product and support teams to enhance offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud telephony, or inside sales (preferably in upselling/cross-selling).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a Telecom/IT solutions environment
Understanding of cloud telephony, IVR, and VoIP solutions
Data-driven approach with basic analytics/reporting ability
