Job Opening: CRM Executive (Female) – Full-Time Location: A Block, Azadpur Industrial Area, GT Karnal Road Industrial Area, Max salary : ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Company dealing in automobile parts export. About the Role: We are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic CRM Executive (Female) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and nurturing our customer relationships, serving as the key point of contact between the company and our clients. This role requires a candidate who is proactive, well-spoken, organized, and customer-oriented. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth communication channel with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with internal departments to provide an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure accurate and timely information. * Handle inbound and outbound customer communication through phone calls, emails, and online chat. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering consistent follow-up and support. * Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to address and resolve customer concerns quickly. * Monitor and track customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary. * Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics. * Assist with organizing client meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. * Identify potential areas for process improvement based on customer interactions and feedback. * Support the overall customer engagement strategy and contribute to increasing customer retention rates. Candidate Requirements: Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this position. Education: Minimum of a graduate degree in any field. Experience: More then 2 years experience. Prior experience in a customer service or CRM-related role will be an added advantage, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Communication Skills: Excellent command of English – both verbal and written – is essential. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Email, etc.). Familiarity with CRM tools/software will be a plus. Personality Traits: Friendly, approachable, and confident personality with a strong problem-solving attitude. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
