Customer Engagement Warmly welcome customers and create a premium showroom experience Understand client preferences and recommend curated décor solutions Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business 2. Sales & Upselling Achieve personal and team sales targets Present product features persuasively and identify upsell opportunities 3. Visual Merchandising Ensure showroom presentation meets luxury standards Coordinate with design team on seasonal and promotional displays 4. Styling & Design Advice Provide guidance on color schemes, themes, and space utilization Stay current with global interior design trends 5. Operations & Coordination Manage sales records, process payments, and track inventory Coordinate with logistics for delivery and installation follow-ups 6. Post-Sales Engagement Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction Notify clients about exclusive events, launches, and offers 7. Collaboration & Training Work closely with team members and participate in training Contribute to achieving collective sales goals 8.
