*Job Summary:*

We are hiring a detail-oriented and responsible CRM Analyst (Back Office) to work from our office and manage CRM reporting, team analysis, and performance tracking for our Remote Sales Telecaller Team. This role involves monitoring daily activities, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to help improve the efficiency and performance of the remote sales team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

✅ Manage and maintain the CRM system with 100% accuracy

✅ Monitor remote telecallers' daily work status, lead follow-ups, and conversions through the CRM

✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the sales team and management

✅ Track telecaller KPIs such as call counts, connected calls, lead status, and target achievements

✅ Identify gaps in team performance using CRM data and highlight them to management

✅ Provide regular feedback and suggestions to improve remote sales team productivity

✅ Collaborate with sales managers to ensure proper usage of the CRM by remote teams

✅ Maintain lead records, follow-up updates, and ensure timely status changes in CRM

✅ Troubleshoot minor CRM issues and coordinate with the technical team when required

✅ Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times

*Key Skills & Requirements:*

✔ Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and data reporting

✔ Ability to track and analyze performance of remote teams

✔ Knowledge of telecalling processes and lead management

✔ Excellent observation, coordination, and communication skills

✔ Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

✔ Basic understanding of CRM platforms (training can be provided)
