Job Summary:
Memora Events is looking for a dynamic, friendly, and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess excellent communication and sales skills, and have a passion for building client relationships. You will play a key role in generating leads, converting prospects, and promoting our event management services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote event services.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication.Build and maintain strong client relationships with a friendly and professional approach.Follow up on inquiries, leads, and cold calls to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.Understand client requirements and offer suitable event solutions.Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales in the system.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution after sales.Stay updated with company services, pricing, and market trends.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, positive, and confident personalityStrong persuasive and negotiation abilitiesTarget-oriented with a self-motivated attitudeGood understanding of sales techniques and client handlingBasic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM or databasesPrevious telesales or customer service experience preferredExperience in the events industry is a plus
