Cost Manager

Responsibilities Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Management of the SKU wise reports Cost saving validations and reporting of the same as and when required Monitor and control plant expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency and optimization. Analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction. Implement cost control measures and track performance against cost targets Maintaining export turnover profitability and variance analysis Maintaining export pricing master Gross margin variance analysis Procurement price analysis & Batch Costing. Preparation of yield reports of factory and TPU Preparation of capacity utilization reports Coordinating completion of various reconciliations required for Cost audit Management of material procurement and processing Review of production order posted at various locations Preparation of variance by price and volume Preparation of cost sheets using a process costing Improvements in tracking costs and allocation of OHs by applying Activity Based costing Inventory valuation as per the procedure laid, Periodical Factory, Warehouse inventory audit Analysis of slow-moving inventory Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements. Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage plant audits Qualifications ICWA Qualified or Semi Qualified / CMA Semi Qualified - 5 years of experience in Costing Costing experience & Plant Accounting Data Handling and Process handling Team Handling experience Fluency in Microsoft Office suit Detail-oriented and analytical Location - Medchal, Hyderabad Show more Show less
