Assistant Manager FPP (Organic Crops)

Responsible for farm extension services, sustain and expand Area under Organic Contract Farming, Procurement of Agricultural Commodities. Responsibilities· Ensure Farmer Advisory Services are carried out by the team – Contract Farming, engagement programs with Growers / Farmer to Promote Practices in Organic Agriculture· Responsible for Sourcing Agriculture Commodities as per Plan and parameters (quality and pricing)· Responsible for Area Expansion/Farmer membership Expansion of organic cultivation as per targets· Work with team to develop and ensure execution of State-wise Business Plan to meet KRAs viz., targeted Area, Volume, Buying Efficiency, Documentation compliance· Review Team’s Performance on Key Indicators and take steps to meet the Organizations Goals & Objectives QualificationsEducation - B Sc Agriculture Experience - Min 5 yrs experience in Field Crop production or procurement. Team Handling experience is must Language - Tamil / Kannada (working knowledge of at least one language )
