Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Corporate Sales professional to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time position requires a seasoned expert with 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate sales within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base through strategic initiatives and relationship management. Qualifications and Skills Extensive experience with CRM software like Salesforce, aiding in efficient customer relationship management and data analysis. Demonstrated ability in negotiation to close deals effectively and create mutually beneficial agreements. Proven networking capabilities to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and industry peers. Experience in account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Proven track record in lead generation and converting prospects into long-term clients. Strong business development skills to identify new market opportunities and enhance market penetration. Ability to implement sales strategies (Mandatory skill) that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive corporate sales and achieve business targets. Identify and engage with potential corporate clients to expand our existing customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction. Analyze and report on sales performance metrics to guide strategic planning and decision-making. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Mentor and train junior sales staff to enhance their skills and ensure the achievement of team objectives.
