Job Description

Job Summary:

InstaFinancials is looking for a strategic, result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. This role involves developing actionable sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is ambitious, has a proven track record in B2B sales, and brings strong connections within credit, risk, accounts, and finance teams of B2B companies and the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales/business plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and explore new markets, industries, and target customers for potential business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze customer performance data to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups through CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Provide timely reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Assist the accounts team with collections if needed.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to scale business results.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Mandatory experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of financial products or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong contacts and network in credit, risk, accounts, and finance departments of B2B & BFSI companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM software (added advantage).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize effectively, and multitask under pressure.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Any Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM Preferred)
  • Experience: 5 - 10 years in Sales/Business development.

Languages Required:

  • English – Must (read, write, speak)
  • Hindi – Must (speak, understand)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
