  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior data, and conversion funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Identify bottlenecks and barriers to conversion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve user experience, website performance, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), forms, and other key elements.
  • Conduct A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes.
  • Manage and optimize key conversion points in the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure alignment and implementation of optimization efforts.
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRO.
  • Utilize various CRO tools, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, Optimize, and other A/B testing platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing changes on websites.
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, click-through rates (CTR), and cost per conversion.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Monitor and refine the performance of ongoing optimization efforts.


Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimize.
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and best practices.
  • Experience conducting A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Knowledge of user psychology and behavior and ability to apply these principles to optimize website performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to improve conversion rates.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
