Job Title: Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Intern

About the Role

CRO Intern

You'll support live projects, help identify friction points across websites, and contribute to building better user journeys through both data and design.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting CRO audits using tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Hotjar
  • Analyze user behavior to identify drop-offs and improvement areas
  • Use Figma to create wireframes or suggest UX improvements
  • Support with performance experiments, A/B test ideas, and user flow mapping
  • Collaborate with developers and designers on implementation
  • Learn the basics of Shopify, including theme structure, app usage, and conversion best practices
  • Prepare structured reports and document improvements
Requirements
  • Proficient in

    Figma

    (must know how to use frames, components, basic prototyping)
  • Interest in learning

    Shopify tools and optimization techniques

  • Basic knowledge of web design, UX, or digital marketing concepts

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working onsite from our Rohini Sector 3 office

  • Good communication and documentation skills
