Conversion rate optimisation specialist

The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Intern position at Keynine Creative offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and design-curious individual to join the team onsite in Rohini Sector 3, Delhi. As a CRO Intern, you will have the chance to work closely with the design and development teams, analyze user behavior, and contribute to enhancing user journeys through data and design-driven approaches. Your responsibilities will include conducting CRO audits using tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Hotjar, analyzing user behavior to pinpoint drop-offs and areas for improvement, creating wireframes and suggesting UX enhancements using Figma, assisting in performance experiments and A/B testing, collaborating with developers and designers on implementation, and gaining familiarity with Shopify tools and conversion best practices. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in Figma, have an interest in learning Shopify tools and optimization techniques, possess basic knowledge of web design, UX, or digital marketing concepts, exhibit an analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, be comfortable working onsite at the Rohini Sector 3 office, and have strong communication and documentation skills.
