Founding Content Lead

Your role will be to:

• Define and lead our content and brand voice across platforms
• Build and execute detailed content calendars with consistency and creativity
• Ideate, write, and oversee production of videos, statics, carousels, emails, and more
• Create meaningful, scroll-stopping content that balances performance and emotional resonance
• Manage and collaborate with a lean team of designers and editors
• Deeply understand the product, customer mindset, and cultural context to build relevant narratives
• Identify and work with influencers/creators who align with our tone and mission

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years in a content, creative, or brand marketing role (agency, startup, or D2C preferred)
• Experience creating content for both Meta campaigns and organic social growth
• Strong writing instincts, creative vision, and an intuitive understanding of internet culture
• Someone who values clarity, care, and originality — and is ready to take real ownership
• You’re excited by the idea of building something with purpose, from scratch
