What you will do & You will be a great fit if you –


You will be a member of the MEISA & APAC Ship-To-Collect Team, supporting the MEISA & APAC organization and our customers in all matters related to collections. Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members


1. Experience & Domain Knowledge

  • Prior experience in O2C processes, especially collections and dispute management.


2. Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with global clients i.e. (

    40 % on call contact & 60 % on email/written contact

    )
  • Ability to negotiate diplomatically and handle difficult conversations professionally.


3. Technical Proficiency

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Proficiency in MS office especially Excel (VLOOKUP / data analysis etc.)


4. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability to analyse aging reports, identify trends, and recommend actions.
  • Experience in root cause analysis for recurring disputes or delays.


6. Soft Skills & Cultural Fit

  • Experience working in cross-cultural teams and across global time zones, with a demonstrated willingness to collaborate flexibly in a dynamic, international environment."


7. Performance Metrics Awareness

  • Understanding of key metrics like:
  • DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) & Bad Debt Write-offs
  • Dispute Resolution Time
