Job Title: Car Facelift Studio Manager Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and driven Franchise Manager to oversee the operations and growth of our Car Facelift Franchise Network . This role is ideal for someone with strong operational expertise in the automotive or aftermarket customization industry and a proven ability to lead multiple teams, enforce brand standards, and support franchise partners in achieving success. You will play a key role in scaling the brand, ensuring consistency across all outlets, and providing ongoing training and business support to franchisees. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Operations Oversee day-to-day performance of franchise locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, operational protocols, and service quality. Conduct regular audits and visits to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow. Assist new franchisees during setup—location selection, layout guidance, equipment sourcing, and staff hiring. Franchisee Support Act as the primary liaison between the corporate office and franchise partners. Provide ongoing business guidance, marketing support, and operational advice to help franchisees grow revenue and manage costs. Facilitate training for new and existing franchisee staff on facelift services, customer handling, and company values. Performance Management Monitor sales, customer feedback, and KPI performance across franchise outlets. Identify underperforming locations and develop targeted action plans to improve profitability and service standards. Marketing & Brand Development Work with the marketing team to roll out national campaigns, promotions, and digital strategies. Ensure local marketing efforts align with brand identity and customer targeting goals. Coordinate the launch of new services or product lines across the network. Expansion & Growth Assist in identifying and onboarding new franchise partners. Support in market analysis, territory development, and franchise agreement execution. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in automotive service, aftermarket customization, or franchise management. Strong leadership and business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Sound understanding of car facelift services (e.g., body kits, wraps, paint, lights, interior mods). Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and franchise support platforms. Preferred: Experience scaling a franchise business in the automotive or retail sector. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Automotive Technology, or related field. Working knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
