Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Professional to lead and execute marketing strategies that elevate the visibility and adoption of System X. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and measuring marketing campaigns that generate leads, drive user engagement, and support sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns tailored to System X's target markets. Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Create compelling content for digital platforms, including website, email, social media, and blogs. Manage social media channels and increase brand awareness through consistent messaging. Plan and manage events, webinars, and product launches. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using KPIs and analytics. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. Support SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns. Work with CRM tools to track campaign performance and lead generation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry. Proven experience with digital marketing strategies, tools, and channels. Strong writing and communication skills. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, etc. Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
