The Mission for this Role:
Business Strategy & Development Associate
What You'll Own & Key Responsibilities:
Market Mapping & Opportunity Identification:
Conduct thorough research within Dehradun and Rishikesh to identify potential retreat centers, clinics, and meditation centers that align with Yogotribe's mission and quality standards.Lead Generation & Outreach:
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and initiate contact with key decision-makers at identified wellness centers. This includes cold calling, direct visits, networking events, and leveraging existing connections.Partnership Development & Negotiation:
Articulate Yogotribe's value proposition compellingly to potential partners. Negotiate terms and secure agreements that are mutually beneficial, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.Onboarding & Relationship Management:
Guide new partners through the onboarding process, providing necessary training on the platform and ensuring their profiles are complete and appealing. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with onboarded partners, acting as their primary point of contact.Local Market Intelligence:
Gather competitive intelligence and market insights from the Dehradun and Rishikesh regions to inform our broader business strategy and product development. Provide feedback on partner needs and market trends.Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for partner acquisition and onboarding.Strategic Contribution:
Collaborate closely with the core team to refine our partner acquisition strategy, improve our value proposition, and identify new growth opportunities within the wellness sector.
What We're Looking For:
Local Presence & Mobility (A Must-Have!):
You must be currently located in or around Dehradun/Rishikesh
and possess a strong willingness to travel extensively within these regions
for on-ground meetings and outreach.Aptitude for Growth:
Demonstrated aptitude for business development, sales, or partnership building, whether gained through academic projects, internships, volunteer work, entrepreneurial initiatives, or highly driven personal pursuits.Local Savvy:
Strong familiarity with the Dehradun and Rishikesh regions, including knowledge of the local wellness community and key establishments, is a significant advantage.Hunter Mentality:
