Business Finance Manager - Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and budgeting for our fast-paced media and events business. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing actionable insights and driving financial performance.

Location:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
• Analyze P&L, cost trends, and campaign-level financials to provide strategic inputs
• Partner with business teams to track KPIs, optimize revenue, and control costs
• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis
• Oversee invoicing, revenue recognition, and vendor/client reconciliations
• Support audits, compliance, and financial process improvements
• Present insights to senior management for decision-making

Role Requirements:

• CA preferred, or MBA in Finance/Accounting
• 4–6 years of experience in business finance, ideally in advertising/media/event sectors or other
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficient in Excel and financial tools, with solid understanding of revenue & cost drivers
• Excellent communication, business partnering, and stakeholder management abilities
