Join us on our journey to empower businesses globally! Role Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients to promote GiGa-Ops services. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. Create and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation. Manage the sales pipeline to track progress and forecast future sales. Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts with clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market conditions. Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent GiGa-Ops. Work with the product development team to relay client feedback and needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly. Train and mentor junior business executives in best practices. Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in sales or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Understanding of digital marketing principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the industry trends and market dynamics. Ability to adapt to changing situations and client needs. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges creatively.
