About Us: Bumsa Talent Solutions is a growing provider of advanced technology and staffing solutions to clients across the globe. We are currently expanding our software sales division and looking for driven professionals to bring in new business from international markets. Job Summary: We are hiring a Software Sales Specialist who will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and client acquisition in international markets, especially USA, Canada, and North America. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software sales, SaaS products, or custom software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads for software services and solutions (custom development, SaaS, enterprise applications, etc.). Engage with prospects and clients in the USA, Canada, and North America to understand their needs and propose tailored software solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, to closing deals. Work closely with internal technical and product teams to design and present effective solutions. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools. Provide market insights and feedback to help shape the company’s offerings and positioning. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably targeting international clients. Proven ability to sell IT/software solutions or SaaS products in competitive markets. Strong knowledge of international sales practices and client expectations. Excellent communication and consultative selling skills. Ability to independently handle the US/Canada business development cycle.
