Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine potential client fit
• Book meetings with HR managers, hiring decision-makers, or department heads
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand client needs and staffing requirements
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and outcomes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or staffing/recruitment role
• Experience in a business-to-business environment, ideally in the staffing, RPO, B2B, and cold calling
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
• Knowledge of the local talent market and staffing trends is a plus
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems
