Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates

  for

  US Travel Nurse Positions

  .
• Collaborate with

  hiring managers

  to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Utilize diverse

  recruitment channels

  to identify and attract top healthcare talent.
• Build and maintain a strong

  candidate pipeline

  to meet ongoing recruitment needs.
• Coordinate and schedule

  interviews

  between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct

  reference checks

  and

  background screenings

  as required.
• Provide an exceptional

  candidate experience

  throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with various

  HR-related tasks

  and projects as necessary.

Qualifications:

• At least

  1-2 years

  of recent experience in

  US clinical recruitment

  .

• Bachelor’s degree

  in

  Human Resources

  ,

  Business Administration

  , or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a

  recruiter

  , ideally in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Familiarity with recruiting for travel nurse healthcare positions such as

  Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  .
• Strong communication and

  interpersonal skills

  .
• Must be open to working onsite at our office located in

  Smartworks Building. Noida, India
