We are building a passionate team committed to client success — and we are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth and opportunity. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive agency growth. Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, client visits, and digital outreach. Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and client loyalty. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Content, Design, Development) to propose tailored digital marketing solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities in the digital marketing, AI sectors. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue. Maintain CRM systems and generate regular reports on business development activities and pipeline status. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management (preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or IT sectors). Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.) to deal with Clients. Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) is a plus. Experience with CRM tools and project management software.
