Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Development Manager – Lead Generation Specialist who has hands-on experience in generating quality leads from freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru , and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business for services like website development, custom software, digital marketing, and graphic/UI-UX design projects . Key Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and cold emailing. Write compelling proposals tailored to client requirements for website/software development and marketing/design services. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and convert them into clients. Conduct follow-ups, client communication, and relationship management. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for project scoping and delivery. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and lead conversion targets. Keep up with industry trends and identify new business opportunities. Requirements: Proven experience (1–3 years) in generating leads from Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or similar platforms. Good understanding of IT services (Web/App Development, SEO/SMO, Digital Marketing, Designing, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills. Ability to write effective, customized proposals. Strong CRM and Excel/reporting skills.
