Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage lead generation and sales pipelines. 2. Schedule and conduct meetings virtual or in-person with Heads of Institutions and IQAC Coordinators to promote IAEs advisory and guidance services. 3. Promote and subscribe institutions to IAEs software products related to NIRF, NAAC, and Comprehensive Faculty Profiling. 4. Coordinate with institutions to register them for online workshops on NAAC and NIRF. 5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing institutions. Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Capability to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions. Prior experience in the education sector is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Explore and implement strategies for achieving NAAC Accreditation and improving performance in NIRF, QS, and Times Higher Education Rankings. Provide guidance and strategic inputs in preparing and executing the Institutional Developmental Plan (IDP) as per UGC guidelines. Organize and lead NAAC and NIRF seminars, workshops, and training programs in coordination with departments and IQAC. Guide institutions on quality enhancement and sustenance practices, aligned with accreditation and ranking requirements. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all academic and quality-related initiatives. Analyze institutional data and provide expert advice for continuous improvement in ranking and accreditation metrics. Design and implement Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), academic events, and capacity-building activities. Travel across India to support institutions through on-site training, evaluation, and consultancy. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience: Proven experience in NAAC Accreditation and a strong understanding of NIRF, QS, and Times Ranking methodologies. Hands-on experience in drafting and executing Institutional Developmental Plans (IDP). Skilled in organizing quality-centric academic events such as seminars, workshops, and training sessions. Proficiency in interpreting and leveraging institutional data for accreditation and ranking success. Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to academic development. Capable of working with multi-disciplinary teams to drive institutional growth. Assist in the preparation and drafting of reports, self-study documents, and presentations for institutional improvement. Support the development and implementation of Institutional Development Plans (IDPs) in line with UGC and NEP guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams and external institutions for organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs on accreditation and ranking. Provide analytical support to assess institutional performance and suggest actionable insights for quality enhancement. Maintain documentation of all academic quality initiatives and ensure timely updates. Participate in field visits to HEIs across India for data collection, training, and evaluation support. Stay updated with latest frameworks, policies, and guidelines related to higher education quality and ranking systems. Desired Candidate Profile: A Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Engineering, Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, Social Sciences, or any relevant field. Prior experience or academic knowledge related to NAAC, NIRF, QS Rankings, or IDP preparation is preferred. Excellent research, analytical, and report-writing skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis software is a plus. Ability and willingness to travel and work with academic institutions across India. A keen interest in education policy, quality assurance, and institutional development.
