Business Development Manager – AI Solutions

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development plans for AI solutions across targeted sectors
Identify new clients, generate leads, and qualify high-potential opportunities
Understand client pain points and position
custom AI products or platform solutions
accordingly
Collaborate with technical and product teams to translate needs into proposals and PoCs
Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
Represent ISIR.AI at meetings, webinars, and conferences to promote offerings
Maintain CRM systems, track sales performance, and report to leadership on KPIs
Stay current with AI trends (e.g., generative AI, automation, computer vision, LLMs) to advise clients proactively

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Engineering
,
Information Technology
, or similar
MBA
(with focus in marketing, business development, or strategy)
5–7 years of experience
in B2B business development or technology sales
Solid understanding of AI/Gen AI/ ML/DL solutions, cloud platforms, and data services
Proven ability to work with technical teams and explain solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Strong presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills
Experience working with AI consultancies, SaaS/tech firms, or innovation labs is preferred
