Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our growth team. You’ll play a key role in identifying partnership opportunities, onboarding colleges, and driving student engagement across India.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients including TPOs, colleges, and training partners

Build and maintain a pipeline of leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.

Assist in onboarding institutions and students to Internwave programs

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve outreach strategies

Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly reports on outreach & conversions

Support in organizing webinars, info sessions, and online workshops

Learn and adapt to new business tools and strategies quickly

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong interest in sales, business development, and the EdTech industry

Self-motivated and target-driven

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, CRM software is a plus
