Who You Need to Be:

• A natural conversationalist — someone who knows how to talk, and more importantly, listen
• Comfortable on calls, even if it means interrupting someone’s chai break
• Sharp with follow-ups and quick on your feet when objections pop up
• Hungry to learn the art (and science) of selling agency services
• Bonus: You’ve done sales or calling before (even if it was selling college fest passes)
