Role Overview

Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

1.

Client Acquisition

  • Identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad.
  • Promote Standyou’s services tailored to the educational aspirations of the students.
2.

Counseling & Consultation

  • Understand the academic goals and preferences of students.
  • Present suitable study packages, scholarship opportunities, and coaching options.
3.

Sales & Enrollment

  • Promote and sell study-abroad packages to students and their families.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective counseling, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
4.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students and their families.
  • Provide regular updates and support throughout the application and admission process.
5.

Market Insights

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in study-abroad programs and scholarships.
  • Share feedback on student demand and competitor offerings to help improve services.
6.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit timely daily and weekly reports on leads, inquiries, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to enhance sales strategies and outcomes.


Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

  • Minimum 1.5 years in sales (preferably in Education Sales or IT Sales)

Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Highly motivated and self-driven
  • Positive, customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
