Company name – Standyou data info labs Pvt Ltd Job profile –Business Finance Executive Experience – 6 months – 2 years Job location – Sitapura, Jaipur Salary – upto 30k Job responsibilities – Financial Reporting:•Prepare and review all financial reports, including balance sheets, income statementsand cash flow statements.•Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.2. Client Financial Queries:•Handle client inquiries related to payment installments, invoices, and financialagreements.•Resolve client financial disputes and concerns.3. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU):•Create and negotiate MOUs with clients.•Ensure clients sign and return MOUs in a timely manner.4. Invoicing and Billing:•Generate and send invoices to clients.•Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.5. Sales Team Incentives:•Design and implement incentive schemes for the sales team.•Track and analyze sales performance to ensure incentive accuracy.6. Collaboration:•Work closely with the sales team to understand client financial needs.•Collaborate with the back office team to ensure seamless financial operations.
