Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to business owners via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Execute structured cold calling scripts to initiate impactful conversations
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to verification and closure
  • Maintain CRM hygiene — log calls, update statuses, and ensure follow-ups are completed
  • Post-onboarding, take ownership of account build-outs for each client
  • Understand client goals and align outreach strategies accordingly
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers within targeted businesses
  • Hit weekly and monthly KPIs related to conversations, leads, and conversions
  • Continuously improve pitch and communication through coaching and training

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in international B2B sales, client engagement, or cold outreach
  • Hands-on cold calling experience targeting US/UK businesses
  • Excellent command over spoken English with a persuasive tone
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, buyer intent, and lead qualification
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and daily sales metrics
  • Must be self-driven, confident, and resilient in high-volume environments
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned to international time zones
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic targets
  • Must possess a competitive, "always-on" mindset with a hunger to succeed
