Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: TechM Pune Hinjewadi Years of Experience: 10 15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at TechM Pune Hinjewadi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Business Analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our projects align with organizational goals. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough business requirements analysis to identify and document business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for new and existing systems. Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide development teams. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes. Support project management activities, including project planning, risk management, and status reporting. Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure effective communication and understanding of requirements. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs. Provide training and support to end users on new systems and processes. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Business Analysis methodologies and best practices. Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders. Experience with process modeling and business process re engineering. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence. Preferred Skills: Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. Knowledge of industry specific regulations and compliance standards. Experience in leading cross functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are highly desirable. 10 15 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or a related field.
