You are looking for young, energetic, and smart working candidates with over 1 year of rich experience in pre-sales and post-sales. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in new client acquisition, procurement, and business development activities. You should have a strong understanding of pre-sales and post-sales processes, including lead generation, cold calling, sending proposals, and negotiation. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, obtaining key contact details of clients, generating potential leads, identifying potential customers, and engaging in B2B sales. You should be capable of making 100 calls per day and have a basic understanding of digital marketing, including Facebook ads, Google ads, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and social media. As part of your role, you will be required to conduct cold calls to explain placement services, send business proposals, manage the entire tie-up process, and prepare estimates based on client requirements. Strong negotiation skills, good communication abilities, a positive attitude, and target-oriented mindset are essential for this position. Additionally, you should be able to handle multiple tasks, work effectively in both team and individual settings, and demonstrate dedication and intelligence in your work. Key skills required for this role include lead generation, good communication, cold calling, SEO knowledge, digital marketing, and negotiation. The qualification needed for this position is any degree, and the salary range offered is between 8,000 to 20,000 per month.
